DRIVEtheARC charging services: Problem with operation screen of charger

We are continuously providing DRIVEtheARC charging services, however, some chargers are not working with DRIVEtheARC app due to issue of a wrong charger operation screen.

Some DRIVEtheARC chargers display an operation screen of “EVgo” brand instead of “DRIVEtheARC” brand and do not display a QR code to start charging by DRIVEtheARC app.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

 

Correct operation screen

In case that a charger displays DRIVEtheARC operation screen, charge by DRIVEtheARC app is available.

 

Wrong operation screen

In case that a charger displays EVgo operation screen and a QR code is not displayed in payment selection page, charge by DRIVEtheARC app is not available. If you have an EVgo RFID card, please use it to start charging.

 

Wrong operation screen (modified for workaround)

We’ve made an emergency fix to the wrong operation screen. In case that a charger displays EVgo operation screen and a QR code is displayed in payment selection page, charge by DRIVEtheARC app is available. We will shortly change to a new DRIVEtheARC operation screen.
